11:27 am: 5 Month Update!
Okay, so lets be honest...this whole live journal thing is NOT for me! I just can't seem to justify using my time to update this, but I guess I'm still tryin' to stick in there! So anyhow....lets see, since Sept. I broke my leg, healed, Graduated, had an amazing Christmas with my family, went to FL with Matt, spent every thursday (and a few other days in between) in January hangin' with Alison and our peeps up at PU, hit up the B-Ripple with my roomie Allison (notice the spelling difference!), going to a CR-A-ZY concert cowgirl style, visited my babe at IU, and have been hangin' with my sisters. So now it's time for the "real world" to set in. I'm currently workin' part-time at Creative Approaches as a consultant and at Cups Coffee downtown. Let me tell ya....despite the wicked early time schedule, I LOVE my jobs! Later this week I'll begin volunteering for the development department at AYS, and am hoping to hear back from some people regarding a post-graduate internship (not completely crazy about this opp., but it's what you gotta do to network!). 01:12 am: HELLO!
So.....it's been an eternity since I updated this thing! So much has gone on, but yet again....nothing! LOL! Honestly, right now I should be finishing up my massively long paper since it's like 1am and I still have to finish another paper (all due tomorrow! Way to be on top of things I know...but in my defense I did start on this stuff last week..it just crept up on me!) So anyhow....I just made myself a cup of coffee which smells killer! HA! Regardless of it's smell I just hope it tastes good...I'm not that experienced in making my own coffee since I'm sorta a coffee house junky! That's okay though because I poured it in my Starbucks mug that says LONDON on it that I actually got in London! Hehehe! You know I find it funny that I can just blurb this out in like two seconds yet my papers aren't coming this quick! I wish they would! In all honestly, I only have one more paragraph left on the 1st paper (which is by far the longer of the two) I just am having trouble focusing my thought...if that wasn't obvious. So anyhow...I get my car back on Friday! I'm so PSYCHED! I HATE THE GREEN BLOB! Ha...that's a great name for it...or the tank...either way...:~) Oh yeah...update on that as well...so like two weeks ago (laybor day weekend...wow...I just spelled labor laybor......gez) I went home for an extended day. Well I brought Michael home with me so he could visit his g.f.. Well on the way back to school I was sleepy so he volunteered to drive.......that boy is a jinks when it comes to cars.......no joke......we were about 45mins from home and like 75mins from BU and the car in front of us kicks up a mud flap lost from a semi ages ago and busts my front bumper and radiator.......soooooooo needless to say we made it back home and hence the Green Blob! So anyhow...my rents are going to be going to IUB for Michael's induction into the Kelly School of Business...awe...and on the way they're swapping cars and then we're caravaning to IU since I will be going as well for Matt's 21st B-day!!!! Speaking of b-day........I need to go shopping! Shit! I have SAI tomorrow! I always forget about the meetings......I'm just EXTREMELY glad I remember BEFORE and not after! I would feel like a complete moron if I forgot about it! I really do like it and don't view going to the meetings as a negative thing...I'm just use to having my Wed. nights free since fresh. year so it's just the process of breaking an old habit! Speaking of SAI...I really think it's going to be a blast this semester (I would say year, but that's all I got! (mixed feelings, but mostly happy!))! I just wish I had like 500 more hours in a week because then I could do EVERYTHING I would ever want to do! I'm a little worried because I'm going to be adding a new internship to my load already and yeah.....I'll manage but sleep is going to be a thing of the past...can't really say that either because I never really do sleep...I mostly just lie there thinkin' too much! My stupid head...it always jumps from topic for topic...and each topic has like three subtopics......and yeah.....NOT COOL when you're trying to sleep! It sux! Speaking of sleep...I should be back to my papers so I can sorta get SOME...I do have a voice lesson tomorrow and yeah...that's my only teacher I can't fool about being awake! She can always tell because you're voice NEVER lies! So yeah...that's all for now...........not too shaby for a 5min blurb!

So, its been around a month since I updated this thing! I don't really know what to put. A lot has happened, but all in all I think everything will work out just fine! School starts in exactly a week! I really wish I had some time off to myself, but oh well...at least compaired to this summer school will be a breeze! I can't believe I'm about to be starting the last semester in my undergrad degree.......wow......I'm getting old! All I know is I'm def. going to be making the most of this last semester! I really miss all my friends and I guess this summer was just a preview to the "Real World". I'm sure everything will work out and yeah...to be honest, I'm just typing to type right now! So yeah, I'm just going to give everyone a break and stop!

Okay, so it's been a LONG day/week/month/summer in general! I just got off work and let me tell ya...as much as I LOVE working, 15hrs a day is just TOO MUCH!!!! I guess that's what I get for having an internship and a job.......I guess I should look at it this way...at least I know after college any job will be easy! Now the real challenge is finding a way to fit all my classes on top off all that! I really think there needs to be more hours in a day! Oh well...I'll manage, I ALWAYS do!
Anyhow...I really just wanted to update this to let everyone who reads this (who may not be a whole bunch!!!) that my bro WON his STATE BODYBUILDING competition! Talk about awesome!!!! HEHE!!! So...I think I'm going to sleep now.......can't wait until this weekend...don't know why, it just seems like something to look forward to!

03:31 pm: UPDATE!
Okay, so I guess I'm not bad at this whole updating thing, I just SUX!!! Anyhow...I guess not a whole bunch has happened since the last time I wrote....okay, I lied, but either way...it works! ;~)
Anyhow....here's the latest
1. School's over and summer's begun which means
A. Working TONS at my ICC internship
B. Working as a manager at DQ
C. Trying as hard as possible to maintain a normal college life and enjoy my last summer as an undergraduate
D. Start looking for jobs (even though I've already been offered one) for next semester when I'M GRADUATED (talk about weird)
E. Saying good bye to all my friends that are leaving, and
F. Just being me!
2. My little bro is graduating from high school which means he's off to college at IUB and all the prep for his grad party (which is next weekend!)has started!
3. I get to visit with my family a grad total of 5 days this summer(which is actually where I'm at now!!!!!)
4. My computer at BU crashed and needs a new hard drive, so needless to say I'm without a computer for around a month while the company replaces it...come on now...it really doesn't take a month to replace a hard drive! Oh well...at least it's still covered so I'm golden!
5. I just got 5 stitches in my forehead and have a nice scar! That's a first since I've never been hurt before!
6. I just got back from seeing WICKED in Chicago with my Mom, Molly, and Scott!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AWESOME, just AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
7. On Sunday I'm going to my 1st live professional concert EVER with Matt!!!!!

so yeah...It's been a pretty eventful summer so far and I'm sure there's more to come!!!

Well I'm gotta run because I'm going to go out to eat with my family and then go hang with my girly Alison before she leaves for Vegas!!! HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!!

So....I realize why I don't keep journals........I SUX at it! LOL! Anyhow...it's time that I face the music, sux it up, and write/type! So here goes......

Dear self (and everyone who enjoys stalking me on lj (I know you do...don't lie!)),
Today is the 28th day of April and might I add a very blustery one at that! The weather keeps playing cruel jokes on humanity and everyone and their mothers are getting sick. When will the intolerable forces of nature release us from her wrath!
Oh how I long for the sun’s warm rays beating on my cheeks and the smell of summer rain. It is all but a memory now and a peaceful one at that. The days of running the tepid grainy sand through the palms of my hand haunt me in a never-ending daydream.

Wooo…wooo…WOOOOO…..not my style! Anyhow…I’m sorry you had to read that…it seemed funny at the moment, but yeah…pretty sure it’s not any more!

Anyhow…only a little over a week of class left until summer! Classes everyday starting in the morning and going to 7 + meetings that go until late gets VERY old after a while!!! I can’t wait until it's finished! That means only a little while until I’m going to see WICKED with Molly and Scott (ROAD TRIP with two of my bestest friends IN THE WORLD!!!!)…I’ll start my internship…….and get to spend lots of time with Mr. Hot Stuff!!! :~P (Not like I haven’t been or anything….it’ll just be summer and a lot more stuff to do like go to the beach and turkey run (I WILL GO THERE THIS SUMMER!)!!! I LOVE SUMMER!!!!!) (Oh yeah…I really don’t call Matt Mr. Hot Stuff either…he’s WAY to cool for that! LOL! It just seemed like the thing to type!) And to make things even more exciting, SOOOO many people are staying in Indy this summer….it’s going to be a BLAST!

Anyhow^2 (Ha! I’m funny…not!) my birthday is in like TWO DAYS……..I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO EXCITED!!!!!!! I can’t wait to hangout with all my sisters, my friends, and last, but DEFF. not least, my family!!!!!!!!!! Like normal I don’t have any solid plans (I’m the WORST PERSON IN THE WORLD at making plans!!!!!) but I’m sure I’ll have fun doing whatever and this year I'll actually do something instead of saying I want to but end up doing nothing!!!!!!

I also have a concert on Sunday at Clowes....if you love me you'll be there!!!!!!!! It starts at 3pm and tickets are free so you have no excuse! Plus...it'll be AWESOME!

Anyhow…this has honestly gotten to the point of me starting to babble so before I write FOREVER LONG and am late to my 2hr choral rehersal…..laters!!!!!!!!!!

10:04 am: RAIN!
Okay, so what happened to all the sun and the warm weather!?! It's cold and rainy.....blah.......and to top it off, I'm doing Relay for Life, so I'm going to be out ALL NIGHT in it....at least it's for a good cause and I get to hang with most of my fav. people!!!...maybe I can jump in some good puddles too!!!
Anyhow...only 1 more week of classes after today, which reminds me, I need to contact my internship to give them my starting date (and possibly work on getting a job too!)! I'm sooo excited, but then again, who wouldn't be!

So...I went to my 8:30am class...of course at almost 9...and then it was so nasty outside that I decided to come home...I don't know how smart of an idea that was, but either way...it works!

This is the most RANDOM entry EVER!! LOL! Oh well....HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY!!!!!

Okay, so I woke up at 6am today to make sure I had everything worked out with my speech...yeah...I should have stayed in bed because I'm tired! LOL!
I also would like to point out the fact that although I woke up 4 hrs prior to my class, I am ALREADY procrastinating, and to top that off, it's HOT in my apartment and the wind from the windows made my door slam shut giving me a heart attack since I thought I already closed it! You should have been here...I PROMISE it was funny! :~P

Anyhow...Today promises to be another gorgeous day! I can't wait until I have nothing to do but sit around, be lazy, and a beach would be nice too!....I don't have ANY clue when that's going to be consitering I'm starting my internship before finals even start...but soon!

On an even better note...I TURN 21 in 10 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Not that I'm excited or anything!)

08:10 pm: UPDATE!
Okay, since I was told that I needed to update...I shall! This past week, and esp. the weekend, has been a BLAST!!!!! Can't even explain!

Friday I went to see A M I T Y V I L L E with Matt (such a hottie/cuttie and overall AWESOME!),and after talkin' up how tough I was...I jumped 3 times! (It's a good movie!)

Saturday I had my formal for Tri Delta and get this...I had TWO DATES, Scott and Brian...I don't know how that happened, but oh well...can't complain! To make a long story short we all looked hot and got our groves on, and I got to hang with some of the coolest girls I know!!!! I concluded my evening by watchin' yet another movie with Matt, which was the perfect end to a crazy night!:~)

Sunday wasn't as exciting, but it was productive...I had SAI's Rose Tea, which was nice, then I finished workin' on the theatre program and went to my Tri Delta meeting.

So yeah...busy, but fun............

Anyhow...to make everything that much better than what it already is...the weather is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!! I LOVE IT! It's totally the weather that makes you just want to look up at the sky, take a huge breath of the spring air, and wonder around aimlessly! (WOW...that was deep...enough with that! :~P)

So anyhow....I think it's time for me to actually do my homework for the evening instead of waiting til 1am to start!

EITHER WAY, IT WORKS!!!! Evidentially I say that A LOT as Scott ever so SUBTLY decided to point out to me! I’d just like to say thanks, I love you too…jerk!!! :~P (P.S. You’ll read this totally after the fact, but BREAK A LEG ON YOUR AUDITION!!! I know you’ll do awesomely because “you’re the smartest guy I know” and all the chicks want you!)

Anyhow…So today has been an interesting day, not because anything unusual happened, just because it was a new day! I don’t think I can say this enough…I LOVE LIFE AND ALL MY FAMILY, FRIENDS, AND SISTERS (which are all one in the same!)!!!!!!! I did however stumble upon a realization……I have gotta’ be one of the most closed off people from my emotions! It’s crazy! I can sit and listen to everyone talk about how something means so much to them, agree, and then I can’t find the words to say what it means to me!
You know…for someone that seems to be opinionated and NEVER shut up (yes, I know I talk a lot, this is besides the point!), I don’t really have a whole bunch of personal stuff to say! The thing that gets me is that I apply this in almost every aspect of my life, not all, but most….And all I have to say is I really respect and value the friendships/relationships with the people who just know!

And now to remove myself from my soapbox!

This weekend is going to be PACKED with stuff for initiation! I’m so excited about it!!! People from all over are comin’ to support us! Too bad my family can’t be there, but it’s totally understandable since Michael is going to be competing in his 1st body building competition and his personal trainer, who has won TONS of these competitions is actually going to be there since he thinks Michael “has it won!” (I’M SOOOOO PROUD OF MY LITTLE BRO!) I really wish I could be there!!!

Anyhow(again)…I think my bed’s getting jealous because I haven’t been givin’ it enough TLC…but who needs sleep anyhow! JUST KEEPIN’ IT REAL!

*Oh yeah…and Molly’s cookin’ me breakfast tomorrow…YUMMMMMM……….so yeah…if the apartment’s on fire, that means I was helpin’!!! Just lettin’ you know!!!!! LOL!

Okay,
So this is my 1st EVER on-line journal thingy and yeah........I've never been very good at keeping journals, but since we ALL know I like to babble...I think I'll give this a shot! (Oh yeah...I stoled this whole livejournal idea from Julie...because she's awesome! (and we BOTH like cookies!);~P)
So, it is now Monday (early morning)...I LOVE the way weekends go by SOOOOOOOOO FAST...LOL! (That's totally my fault for joining EVERYTHING.....but I WOULDN'T HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY!) This weekend was a fun filled Tri Delta weekend with Delt's TRIKE Lip Syncing contest and Spring Sings.....I LOVE performing *and I LOVE MY SISTERS!!!!!!* Despite running around like a chicken without a head, it was a BLAST (P.S. my pic...yeah...that's my 80's outfit from Spring Sings...can we say 80's Rock! :~))
This week is our Delta Week since initiation is this weekend! SOOOO EXCITED! Anyhow....we have events planned for every night including a "Weeny Roast" before Wednesday's Softball game (I HAD TO TYPE THAT....1st time for everything!)
